Valve Specifications Overview

WHAT’S UP WITH THE COLORS?

Tired of trying to read those 12-digit, itsy-bity part numbers on your valves? Nexmatix colors can tell you the type of valve at a glance.

For example, you see a Red valve on that hard to reach manifold, you’ll know at a glance, it’s a three position exhaust center valve. And all Nexmatix valves have QR codes, giving you immediate electronic access to the part number simply using your smart phone as a scanner. We are all about making it easy for you to keep things running smoothly!

Have an application that uses compressed air for molding, forming or checking? A Nexmatix purple or orange valve and a small reservoir cylinder connected to port 2 can save you 30% in these single acting applications.

PLUG OPTIONS

15407-1 and 5599-1 standard valves have an M12 connector on the top of the valve.

15407-2 and 5599-2 standard valves have a connector on the bottom of the valve for use on a wired ‘plug-style’ manifold.

PILOT OPTIONS

Internal supply uses the main supply to pilot the solenoid valves. Pressure rating is the same as the valve.

External supply is connected via the 14 port of the manifold and provides a separate supply to pilot the solenoid valves. The pressure range is 45–115 psig for BLUE and PURPLE valves, and 45–145 psig for all other models.
